Who can apply?
- Experienced caregivers with 12 months (down from 24!) of full-time work (30 hours/week) in the past 3 years under NOC codes 4411 or 4412 (childcare or home support)
- CLB 5 in English or French
- 1 year of Canadian post-secondary education or equivalent
- Pass admissibility checks

Temporary resident caregivers can still extend their work permit through the TFWP, requiring a positive or neutral LMIA from your employer.
