Manitoba
On September 7, Manitoba extended invitations to 558 candidates under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). These invitations were divided into four draws targeting different streams:
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba (Occupation-Specific): The first draw targeted 230 candidates with occupations falling under 19 National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 major groups. Candidates needed a minimum score of 595.
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba (General): In the second draw, the province invited 236 candidates with a minimum score of 640. This draw had no specific occupation or attribute requirements.
- International Education Stream: Fifty-two candidates from this stream received invitations.
- Skilled Workers Overseas: Forty candidates were invited from this stream, each with a minimum score of 724.
British Columbia
British Columbia conducted its weekly Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 12. The province issued 183 invitations to candidates from the Skilled Workers and International Graduate streams, including Express Entry candidates. These invitations were distributed across three draws targeting specific occupations:
- Tech Occupations: The largest draw invited 133 candidates in tech occupations, each with a minimum score of 88.
- Early Childhood Educators and Assistants: Thirty-six candidates from this field received invitations with a minimum score of 60.
- Healthcare Professionals: Fourteen healthcare professionals were invited with a minimum score of 60.
