Saskatchewan: After a hiatus since June 8, Saskatchewan initiated Expressions of Interest (EOIs). Draws occurred over six rounds, focusing on candidate residence and occupation. The province’s goal is to connect skilled candidates with labor market opportunities.
Quebec: In its recent invitation round, Quebec invited 1,384 candidates to apply for permanent selection. French proficiency and a minimum score of 591 were key factors. Invitations extended to candidates with valid job offers beyond the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
British Columbia: Through targeted draws, British Columbia invited candidates in the Skilled Worker and International Graduate Streams of the BC PNP, including those in the tech sector, healthcare, and other priority occupations.
Prince Edward Island: On August 17, PEI invited 142 candidates across the Labour and Express Entry streams of the PEI PNP. Over the past year, Labor and Express Entry candidates have consistently received the majority of PEI PNP invitations.
